When ordering please note that because of seasonal availability our florists may require to substitute in a similar style, quality and value.
All deliveries require a signature. Should there be no one available to receive the flowers, all efforts will be made to leave in a safe place or with a neighbour. When doing this a card will be left to inform you of the whereabouts of the delivery. Should this not be possible the flowers will be returned to the shop and a card left asking you to telephone us.
